| Review: I gave the full 10 as both wife and I (as well as other movie lovers who go through their reactions) really enjoyed the beginning to the very end.Was predictable? Sure. This animated against children (what do you expect), but like most of the animated films of today, there were quite a few hidden spots of humor too, which would be missed by a younger audience (not unexpected, because it is completely adults, after all , who is forking over the bread, and it can not hurt to also entertain them). The film is quite fast and well done animation. Im usually a bit worried when Ive cherish great hopes from the film, based on the clips / previews, but in this case I felt it really delivered. This will be added to our library, as it (presumably) is on the shelf. Too many people are looking for a great amount of depth and unpredictability cartoons, but it's a bit unrealistic (no pun intended), think about it: It was formerly called cartoons for a reason. They were not designed for this kind of fits expectations. They are designed to be fun, and this film is just that: FUN. |
